BossDweebe
A week or so ago someone asked what music most suited their player character.I have seen a number of post from people asking how to add music, and wonderwhat you listeners have chosen for your listening pleasure. Being an old fart  I have tried to keep the cinematic feel of the vanilla. I have clips from;7 years in TibetDebussy's La MereFleetwood Mac's AlbatrosDr. Zhavago (spelling?)and a Lightnin' Hopkins blues riff as a battle scene warning along with the drone of solders off to war from Dr. Zhavago. EDIT: Oh! and just the one line from Talking Heads -"This ain't no party, this ain't no disco. this ain't no foolin' around" for battle music
dezdimona
I shut the music off, don't want anything telling me bad guys are moving in on me...my personal preference
myrmaad
Oh no, I must have music. I have all kinds of stuff, like this from Jah Wobble, but I'm using only the instrumental stuff. But if you haven't heard Jah Wobble, please give it a listen, especially if you love old skool psychodelia.
MrCooper2006
I also turn off music, purely because of the "battle music" if you could turn this off id have music all the time. I really liked the orginal exploration music, and most other "explore packs" available on tenexus are great too, just a shame it cuts off every two minutes to hear a big thunderous "dum dum dum" bloody battle drums. It has to be unobtrusive for me anyway, something you barely notice but does make a difference. I LOVE ambient inns and cathedrals, really awesome sounds and sounds like you actually just walked into a busy medieval inn. Its great

Its great To do what you want, just replace the music in the battle music folder with other music, some the same as what's in the other folders, the ones called "Public", "Dungeon", and "Explore", but NOT the one called "Special". never mess with the "Special" music. Seriously. :) Anyway, I like ambient stuff a lot too, so I have some enigma, some enya, and some stuff from other video games I like, in that folder, Like Stuff From JESPER KYD, and NATHAN McCREE, I love them... http://www.jesperkyd.com/
MrCooper2006
Alot of ppl say that - Why not mess with Special? Iv never had any probs changing these. I have "Everythings gonna be alright - By Sweetbox" when I die... its really funny lol. Plus you can have TES4THEME set to whatever you want. And yeah i tried that before, but it ends up the music cutting out n starting again when "battle" SHOULD come in. If i could have it so the music constantly plays thruout battle, exploration whatever, would be great. Dont THINK its possible tho without it cutting out for a second or two Thanks for the help

Deleted269910User
Using lots of music from Xenosaga 3, FFVIII, FFXII and several other games as replacers myself. So far I haven't grown bored with the music, more with the actual content of the game. :P
