Single Shot Sniper Rifle

Has anyone made or capable of making a single shot sniper rifle.

When I say single shot, I think along the same lines as the single shot shotgun that is in the game but designed as a sniper rifle. Strong but slow, One shot, one kill (usualy). Not something to use in active combat.

For sure. But there is a s-load of single shot sniper and even hunting rilfes. For instance the 45-70 is actually a pretty common single shot rifle, for example the H&R Buffalo Special. And the animations are there if you use any bolt action weapon.

Did you want to pick out a model or would you be happy with any single shot sniper weapon?

Wasn't aware of that. Heh, personaly, I would be happy with any single load. Course, 9 times out of 10 I'm easly amused.

I leave it in the capable hands of a modder as my particular attempts some how melted my old mother board and I vowed never to torture my poor machine like that again.

.... that and I had no idea what I was doing.

OK I went off a AMR. Your other option would be a single shot 45-70. The 308 is a common sniper round with a lot of older single shot guns, but to be hones it's just doesn't have much punch in NV compared to the .50BMG or even the 45-70.

The animation is pretty fast, so it shouldn't handicap you too much.

There is some texture stretching near the bottom where I extend the faces to cover the receiver for the clip. If it really bugs you, let me know and I can do a little work on it.

Here is the reload sequence;

in case media tag fails.

Download it here.

It's in a bsa so you just have to unrar both files (bsa and esp) into your data directory.

EDIT: Ooops almost forgot it's player.additem XX000ADE 1

in your console, where XX is the load order/number of this mod. If you don't know how to use the console, let me know and I can write a script to add it to your inventory automatically.

Tis appears to be a weapon I would be more then happy to use. The problem is I've put in the code but it isn't working. Before it is asked, I did use th eload order digits to complete it but it isn't being found. :(

Weird, that's definitely the correct ID, even tried it in game, but I'll add it directly to your inventory. give me a sec.
