A simple new faction, with a cereal related name. (Flupis Atomic Flakes/Hoops?))

I was wondering what a good name for a faction based on a cereal possible named "Flupis Atomic Flakes/ Hoops (Or Flakey Hoops???)." I was thinking the "Atomic Flupies", or just "Flupies" for short.
