Accidentally deleted FNIS from Vortex 1.0.0 Skyrim, now it won't reinstall

Once upon a time, I had mods on my Skyrim. A lot of mods. Enough mods to severely impact the stability of my game, with crashes every 20 minutes or so. To solve this, I deleted every single mod I had on Skyrim, and eventually erased every single file related to it on my computer, then redownloaded the game from Steam. Now the game works without issue, but I wanted to get back into mod usage. Unfortunately, well; maybe I was a bit too zealous in my wiping out everything related to Skyrim mods. FNIS, that is; the FNIS that was pre-downloaded into Vortex, is also gone. Now I don't know how to get it back, and so far my attempts to simply redownload it have failed.
