Guys, can I get some help with my load order please?

Ok so I'm having issues with long load times which get worse the longer I play, followed by ingame lag which gets worse the longer I play. I've already taken out several of the large mods such as the bigger settlement building mods, sim settlements, overhaul mods like Better Locational Damage & Horizon, and the large weather overhauls such as TrueStorms. And now I can get the game to load etc however the load times are still long and I'm wondering if it isn't a load order issue. Here are the mods i'm running and the dump file from NMM showing the load order. Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated.
