Dragon stagger bug (?)

When the dragon lands, it doesnt cause player to be staggered. This thing is happening only when the dragon attacks at Winterhold or College of Winterhold. In another places, everything is normal.

Edit: Maybe i couldnt explained well. When the dragon lands in the middle of fight, ground shakes as usual. The problem is, only in Winterhold it doesnt happen.

Do you have any mods that change the vanilla dragons?

 

Do you have any mods that change battle / fight functions or Fight Perks?

... IE: stances - attacks and such?

Also, what level are you? I've found that as my level increases, I have become more and more resistant to many things . For instance, early on (< level 20) a draughur shout would toss me like a ragdoll. Now, in the mid-late 40s, even directly impacting shouts that hit me barely register as more than a nuisance. Early on, the same for dragon landings. Now, in my mid-late level 40s? Their landing barely registers.

No i dont have any mods which change dragons, perks or fighting mechanics. But I'm already level 43, almost 44.
