[Modding Help] Debuff by hit from Ranged/melee Weapon.

Hello modding friends,

 

I am Working on a mod for my self but im stuck by a Problem.

I want to get a debuff if i get a hit in my scenario by ranged/melee weapon. i copy the effect from the morerat disease to test it and changed to these settings (see screnshot) but it didn´t work.

Maybe you gyus can help me and know what i have to change so it will work.
