Windhelm CTD with these mods.

Hey I have literally no idea what I can do. Everytime I try to go to Windhelm docks so I can go to Solstheim my games CTDs. Other than this mods I use engine fixe and fps fix but I tried running it withouth them with the same results. Tried to start a new game, same thing happens. Can anyone help me. Is my load order wrong? If you need any additional info to help I'll gladly give more info cause I want to play my Skyrim again :(
