Psc files mod conflict

Hi,

 

I need help with two conflicting mods that contain the same script files (well they are just named same but the content of the files are different). The conflicting files are:

 

/Scripts/TIF__020012CB.pex

/Scripts/Source/TIF__020012CB.psc

 

The mods are:

True Skyrim https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17125?tab=description and

Outfit NPCs SE https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/16194?tab=description

 

Can I just merge the files together via Notepad? Any help would be appreciated.
