Looking for a no agro sniper mod ( kind of like frenzy but not)

Ok so I snipe a raider from far away. between me and the raiders there is a gunner. Would it be possible to have a mod that would transfer the agro from me to the gunner. so the raider would see their friend get shot and look in my direction only to see a gunner and be all "OMG you did it" Or have one that prevents you from going in to caution if you are very far away? Thanks.
