gefer8 Posted September 28, 2012 Share Posted September 28, 2012 I first started noticing how boring it is to be high level when spells and shouts stopped working on high level enemies (Like Disarm, for example.). I went to the console and set my level to 15, but somehow non of the shopkeepers or enemies changed anywhere. Do I have to restart my save to do it, or is there another way? How do you increase the maximum level of shouts? I use to Disarm guards and Draugr, but now it's useless with even all 3 levels of it.
