LE All (or most) NPC's can be followers

Hi everyone,

 

I'm not sure if this is the right form for a "WCIF" question, so please accept my apologies if it's not.

 

Is there a mod that exists that allows all (or most) NPC's in Skyrim to be recruited as a follower? I know there's console commands that can work around this, but I'd prefer something more permanent and far-reaching.
