Modifying Commanded Actor Limit

Hello, I'm quite new at this and though I've looked at rather basic tutorials on landscaping etc. I wished to primarily work on spells / perks.

I for a start wanted to change the summon limit for conjuration to go beyond the twin souls given default of 2. I wanted to add it in succession ei. Novice increase command by 2, apprentice 5, adept, 8, 10, master 15. And then adding 5 to total via twin souls.

I have modded the Commanded Actor limit of Twin souls and have added the modification to the other perks. However in game when I summon it defaults to the twin souls total of 2 only, despawning the previous summon when I go to summon something else. I have looked through the spell abilities and to be honest I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking at or for, but I haven't spotted anything in regards to a command limit or link to twin souls as a standard to try and base myself upon. Any help would be wonderful; as in a place I should be looking for on the creation kit to mod the spells proper.

Thank you in advance.

Edit: Found out what is wrong, in order for this to work you cannot set value = 0.00 in regards to the modify commanded actor limit, if you do it permanently sets the limit to that and will not be changed regardless of added values or changed set values. By turning it all to Value = Value + #.00 I was able to increase the set value increment between the perks. I hope this helps others as well for those who are curious.
