Realistic Mojave ENB Not Working

I'm having trouble getting the Realistic Mojave ENB to work: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/47632

 

I'm using the Project Reality Mark I preset for the mod. Everytime I start a new game or continue from a save, this is what I get:

Anyone have a clue to why this is happening? The only mods I am using are this ENB mod, Project Reality Mark I, and The Mod Config Menu. Nothing else. When starting the game without the mod, everything is fine.
