LE Gear request - Goetia Attire

I just became a Vampire in Dawnguard finally (wheeee!) and since I am a Mage, I was considering what gearset would be best for a refined Vampire Wizard. I settled promptly on the Goetia Attire from FFXI, which is some of the premier Mage gear from the most recent add-on set. Why? Because it is style incarnate. Check it out:

So if anybody could make this set, I would be eminently grateful, as would, I am sure, Mages everywhere who would derive an increase in style from wearing such clothing. If enchanting this, it should have stats comparable to the Arch-Mage robes, with perhaps a script of some sort that increases damage slightly if multiple spells of the same element hit a target in a row, if that can be balanced fine.

(also, to clarify, I don't want one version specifically to accomodate tailed races or anything; just please make sure this will work fine for custom races, as I am currently using one)
