dmikewilcox
It's worse, Solitude HD and Riften HD have been deleted too. I have Solitude downloaded but not Riften or Landscape Overhaul. Are you looking at alternatives? (sounds like a new version is needed) Just picked this guide up and decided to go thru it, see how it compares to N0rdic's and the YASHed guides. Looks good so far, a Vortex guide is definitely needed to help compare against MO2.I realized I should have quoted you so you will get a notification. https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/mobile/folders/1ZfgPL8csPyH3GHz5JDPFAzgti3iSj2me?usp=drive_open
Riven67
In section 16 MisterB's Unique Mod Collection (https://www.nexusmod...tion/mods/27612) Install Unique Loot only. Can you be more specific as there are 3 possible files that could fit. Unique loot barrels and sacks edition, Unique Loot AIO, and Unique Loot Two in One.I chose the first one but Im not sure if thats the one you meant to be used.By the way thanks for the great guide!! It has made my Skyrim modding experience so much easier! Edit I didnt install it after all, when I tried it showed a list of prerequisites of which I only had 2 installed. the rest are not part of your guide. You might want to revisit this mod and decide if it should still be included in your guide.
Riven67
I'M almost done with this guide but I have found another questionable step and I'm not sure what to do so I thought I'd ask.In section 17 Audio Overhaul for Skyrim SE Main file + 2 patch files When I select the main file there are 2 pre-requisites -SKSE64 andEngine Fixes https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230/I do not have engine fixes installed and it is not part of the guide, should I install it or leave out the Audio Overhaul for Skyrim mod? nehpets
Just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to do this guide. Not having played Skyrim for 3-4 years, and with Vortex to deal with, I was reluctant to give SE a go. Your very detailed instructions - in writing - are just what I needed: all the you tube tutorials seem to be by people with severe caffeine addictions ;)
WolfyJRB15
this guide is slightly outdated, do you intend on updating at some point, because the ks hairdos sse mod has been updated with 2 main files and no update file
BrookH
03. CLEAN GAME FILES"2. Launch SSEEdit from Vortex." needs to be updated for the new version of SSEEdit which ships SSEEditQuickAutoClean.exe as a separate executable. In order to run it, you will first need to add it as a new tool in Vortex. Otherwise, this step makes no sense.
VulcanTourist
Guides like this quickly become useless or worse when they're not maintained and kept current with the state of the game, mods, tools, and Vortex. I've always ignored them unless I can clearly see that they're current within a month. This one has not been, apparently.
