Transferred to new computer and bodies are messed up but not on older computer

The problem was that the INI files didn't transfer over.
The main culprit was likely that I didn't have this in the main INI file:
[Archive]

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

sResourceDataDirsFinal=

The clue should have been that I was having problems across different mods.
