Dialogue is completely messed up, keep repeating and i've done everything i can

Hi,

I've got a problem that has came out the blue and have no idea how it happened. I was in creation kit and was just editing the stats of my followers i have, after I edited their values to something im comfortable with, I saved and loaded up the game only to come in contact with my 5 followers (yes i like having a few with me) all saying the phase "the mill" over and over again, I have no idea where this came from as I didn't even touch anything with dialogue.

So I did the most reasonable thing is that i went to edit - > find text in the CK and them searched up "the mill" when i selected it I deleted it in hoping that is that..wrong. After I did that and saved, I went back onto skyrim and now my followers started to say "the flour mill" as if it just knew i had deleted it, I thought "ok im going to dismiss them and maybe they'll fix themselves" so after i did that i decided to go back to whiterun just so some time passes and then a new issued popped up. I'm apparently naked to every npc on the game even though im fully clothed, so now im even more annoyed that it isn't just my followers that are messed up with dialogue but now all the npcs are as well. So I went back onto CK and changed all the naked comments to 0 thinking that will make them stop saying it, well it seems that didn't work at all. I then went online to see if anyone else had issues but theirs was with either custom dialogue or npc greetings which i never had issues with.

I saw a person say to delete the skyrim.ini in documents/my games/ skyrim but after doing that and starting the launcher, the problem still persisted

 

This is what i've done with no fix

• Verified my game integrity files from steam
• disabled a number of mods that affect npcs behaviour
• used TES5edit just in case a file needed to be put in load order
• started a completely new game just in case it needed a complete restart

I got a mod for removing the annoying humming kids do in the game that was for SSE and because it was just a voice removal file I thought i wouldn't do anything but it actually worked (that i can remember) and it didn't cause this issue.

I have no clue how the hell this persistent and unremovable big (for now i hope) came to from me just editing the stats of my followers so the logic with it doesn't make sense.

So please could anyone help me with this as this makes skyrim unplayable with such a annoying bug.
