[LE] Destroy the Dark Brotherhood Alternative Quest Start...How?

Hey there,

 

i want to make it so, that the player don´t have to talk to Maro to get the password for the secret door, but i couldn´t figure out how to do this..

Anybody has an idea? I´m not experienced in scripting and such, so a little step by step tutorial would be really nice.
