Mods not showing up in-game no matter what I do (Skyrim Legendary Edition)

I had a mod list of about 30 mods, it was working fine until I decided to open up the Skyrim launcher to change the graphic settings. Ever since then, no matter WHAT changes I attempted to make, none of the mods I installed showed up in-game. It would just be a vanilla game. I tried to purge all mods and deploy again, re-install Skyrim, delete all mods and put in new ones, as well as re-installing Vortex. Any help?
