Many crashes on Xbox one with skyrim mods

Hiiii and sorry for my bad english

 

My problems are:

* Sometimes the game suddenly closes but always on outside

* When I walking around or save game on outside Windhelm my game crashes

* Sometimes game closes when I fast travel by carriage
