blackeagle670
now ive done a couple mods already but i only ever needed to use the geck to make them. but i want to expand on my modding skills and the geck only lets me do so much. i would like to get into editing/createing armors. i have nifskope installed but i have no idea what to do with it. and no tutorial ive managed to find at this point has been remotely helpful.i guess where my real problem lies is finding an armors .bsa file and extracting it so i can use it in nifskope because every time i open an armor in nifskope to edit it. the armor shows up but the textures are solid white :(
moonlightbaaae
Damn, armors, I can do guns but not armor. You're gonna need Blender too. Anyways, for the textures to show up go to "Render" at the top, "Settings", then the Rendering tab. Make sure the box "Textures" is checked. After that, where it says "Add Folder" just add your NV data folder. And then your textures will show up. For vanilla textures you're gonna need to extract them from their .bsa.Hope this helps.
Deleted2547005User
You can also select BSA as a target too, which doesn't need you to extract anything.
