Utanteo
So I was playing and extensively modding my skyrim (around 100 mods) and everything worked perfectly fine, until I wanted to fit vanilla clothes on my character (Female) with body slide. It is the most rage inducing experience I had in my life. The problem is that after deleting all body, clothing and armour mods from NMM and from skyrim Data folder, my character still has UNP body. I was installing and uninstallig body mods, race menu and bodyslide numerous times to get it to work, but even if I create a preset it still doesn't affect my character on NPC's. At this point not only I want to erase the game files competely from my PC, but I want to burn that b*h of a laptop and kill Todd Howard. At this point all I want is to restore the game to it's original state, without loosing my progress in game or to properly mod it with your help, that CBBE body actually works and I can fit clothes on god damn character. If someone actually is willing to help after reading my salty request, I want you to know that I know close to nothing about modding and adding mods to skyrim was my first experience with this. So basicly treat my like and idiot or a 80 years old grandma at hardware shop. I will try to answear every question with as much detail as possible, if someone wants to know more about my mods etc. PS: I watched 10+ videos on youtube about body slide, read threads on reddit, even looked for help on loverslab. I tired to do what I found but to no avail. English is not my first language, so some sentences might look like gibberish. This is also the reason I have problems, becuase I can't understand everything about modding in english (but still I understand around 90%) and forums in my mother tongue are useless. TLDR: My character has UNP body, even after uninstalling every body, clothing and armour mod. I am helpless, I just want to have CBBE body with fitted vanilla clothes. Pls help ;_;
Grospolina
What race is your player character? If you're using a custom race, then it may be using a custom body (like UNP). These meshes will be found in the race mod, and you'd have to replace those manually by copying your desired body meshes over top of them. Also, if you want to use BodySlide, then you should generate a CBBE body in BodySlide and use BodySlide-compatible vanilla outfits. If you want an easier way, then you can just install the regular CBBE body (without BodySlide) and download the CBBE vanilla replacement outfits. I'm using temptress race. Maybe this is why I can't do anything. I will reinstall everything again and answear if it worked or not.

My character started using CBBE body, but there is another problem. I can't edit the body. I tried many times to create one but to na avail. So after I calmed down again I came once again for help. If it's any help, I used this video as a tutorial:
Grospolina
I'm assuming Oldrim since you had Temptress Race installed. For that version of BodySlide and Outfit Studio, it comes with the BodySlide files for CBBE and UUNP (which you select in the installer). You don't have to install the standalone version of CBBE. In fact, the standalone version doesn't even come with the BodySlide files. In contrast for Skyrim Special Edition, BodySlide and Outfit Studio doesn't come with BodySlide files for bodies and you need to install the standalone CBBE mod in order to get them (or grab them from BodySlide for Oldrim). Since you're using NMM, you should be able to just run BodySlide and build a body mesh (don't hold Ctrl). This should place them in: Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets\femalebody_0.nif Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets\femalebody_1.nifYou can also build the feet and hands separately. If it doesn't seem to be working, then go to that folder and check that they exist and that the file times are recent. Also, be sure to remove all armor/clothing when checking in game, as this only affects the naked body. Even armors that show skin include their own body meshes, which is why you need to regenerate armors using BodySlide too if you're customizing the body. These armors need to have BodySlide files included. You can find vanilla armor replacement BodySlide files.
