devinpatterson Posted October 2, 2012 Share Posted October 2, 2012 It looks like the first link is broken. The cowboy shooter I already made, just need to do a re-texture to look like your pic. The shotgun can be done with the sawed off animation and 2 shot capacity. So barring any unforeseen circumstances the last two should be fairly easy. I'm slammed at the moment, but PM if no one comes through for you, in a couple of days. If you want a two shell capacity you only have two options, a double barrel or a over under. We might have an over under somewhere in the FO3/FONV armory, but I'm not aware of it. But slap a pair of normal barrels on there, add a butt, change the grip (rifle) and use the break action (if it can be paired.....the grip and animation are linked) and I think we'd have what your looking for. re: the henry rifle, the bigboy has an octagonal barrel, that's pretty cool. I'v seen them before but didn't know that they don't load from the side like most lever guns. So gonna have to see if any animations match it. PM me before the weekend if no one lends you a hand, and maybe I can hit it (and the cowboy shooter) Saturday/Sunday(ish), time permitting. Maybe not tonight, but you won't have to wait long. maybe tomorrow evening. Henry rifle is still open if anyone want's to take a shot at that though.... Here is a pic; http://i1066.photobucket.com/albums/u404/devinlpatterson/Double-barreledshotgun_zps7ac17229.jpg I only tested it a few seconds in game, but animations all seem correct, except one thing I did notice, is when your looking down the sight, the player uses a more open handed grip. And it may just be me, but the sound seems a little muted. The reload sequence seems fast enough to make it a usable weapon. It's not factory new. It has some rust and normal wear and tear, but it seems about par for the wasteland. If it bugs you let me know and I might have time to do a minor retexture. devinpatterson Posted October 3, 2012 Share Posted October 3, 2012 (edited) reload speed .8 with perk .5 without OK set up all the stats for you, except, the reload speed. That's set by the animation, but perks will affect it. Also added it to your cowboy and shotgun surgeon pearks and all(?) the appropriate formlists (ie weapons, rifles, shotguns etc). It uses the AddFormToFormList so it does not overwrite anything, and is completely friendly to other mods. However other mods may overwrite it, so I' recommend putting it last or near the end of your load order. Only uses resources in the FONV BSA, so it's tiny. Your version is here. A unaltered version, for other people, the equal to a hunting shotgun (in damage) is on Nexus here. rookthebunwolf Posted October 4, 2012 Author Share Posted October 4, 2012 it doesnt bother me much that its still rusted, i like to imagine my character cleaning and taking care of his guns to make them clean though, so id /prefer/ clean, but truly if you dont feel like changing it, it wont bother me. on that note, mediafire is down, so i cant download the shotgun to try it out, but if you decide to be super generous and clean it up further, give it a name like "rook's double barrel" or something?and the revolvers, ebony and ivory (black and white respectivly) id appreciate it. also, thank you again so much! even these (simple?) mods i request mean so much when they get made!
