GodsMistake
Ideas based on W3EE and Lazarus alchemy/talents systems-Potions/Decoctions raise toxicity over time. Better quality = less toxicity.-G has talents / skills / perks / mutagens / alchemy / meditation to help clear toxicity over time and White Honey for emergencies.-Alchemy Talents that buff G scale with toxicity level rise. (1%-100% Toxicity = 1-100% Buff power)-Overdose at 85% Toxicity.-While Overdosed you continuously receive random injuries and stacking bleeding.-The longer time spent Overdosed the more injuries/bleeding you will get. -The bleeding stacks at a fairly slow rate to give you a chance to still win the fight and recover after. -You can bandage the bleeding to reset stacks to 0 but will continue to stack again if still in Toxicity Fever.-W3EE Toxicity Fever also activates when over 85% toxicity or Overdose level. -Toxicity Fever stops you from healing to full HP so injuries wont go away.-To remove Toxicity Fever, you need White Honey or meditate until well rested.Logic-The idea is that a gradual increase in toxicity means you cant get an instant 100% buff in combat and a miscalculation would easily put you into overdose level. Players will want to manage that 85% toxicity to get buffs but will often go over, but wont have to worry as much with a white honey potion in the bag.-Having more toxicity resistance will help you take more potions at the same time without reaching overdose level as fast therefore you can stay in safe buff zone longer and eventually not have to exceed it with the right potion combos. At the start, you easily overdose with one or two low grade potions.-85% Toxicity makes Gs face look more badass reflecting the effects of buffs from high toxicity. It gives more time for buffs. Larger safe threshold is more fun and makes sense with gradual toxic rising.-I want to make use of bandages more. Just like the current Tox Fever the idea is OD makes combat harder for you that you will most likely die. Players will love being in high toxicity with all that buff power but will not want to OD in battle. FUN but has severe consequences if too much. Thanks for reading.
