Health bar shows up permanently after exiting Pipboy

Hey guys I've had this bug for a while but haven't figured out what is causing it.

 

The bug is that when I open my Pipboy and then close it again my health bar shows up and doesn't go away until I use a healing item despite the fact I have not taken any damage and my health count is still full, does anyone know what the cause is and how to fix it?
