doomesday19 Posted September 5, 2019 Share Posted September 5, 2019 I may have not been looking hard enough BUT I'm attempting to make my own custom shout for Skyrim but I notice there isn't a tutorial on how, I know how the creation kit works but I'm curious has anyone created a shout from scratch?
