Vanilla grass appearing while using another grass mod

I was playing normally when my skyrim started freezing so i decided to look around and fix with some plugins (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72725/) and wrye bash, after that the game stopped freezing but this happened

 

https://imgur.com/a/hEhFcQN the mod's grass is now mixed with the vanilla one. i've tried using a different mod (Verdant, grass on steroid, rn i'm using https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/85827) and disabling grass (Red textures appeared instead of grass), i can't figure out why is this happening and how to fix, deleting the freeze fix plugin didn't seem to help, i don't have any mods beside tania the hermit, vivid weathers+nlva, DynDOLOD and ELFX
