This looks like the "dark face bug". It's caused by FaceGen meshes (.NIF files) that do not match the ESP. As far as I can tell, you're using Skyrim Beautiful Followers and Bijin NPCs, although I'm not sure who Jeanine is.

 

If you're using Mod Organizer, then make sure that Bijin NPCs is below Skyrim Beautiful Followers on the left side. Also, keep Bijin NPCs.esp below SBF All In One + DLC.esp on the right side in the Plugins tab.

 

If you're using Nexus Mod Manager, then go to the Mods tab and disable Bijin NPCs by double-clicking it, and then enable it again. When the message box pops up, select "Overwrite". This will make sure that Bijin meshes are being used. Go to the Plugin tab and make sure that Bijin NPCs.esp is below SBF All In One + DLC.esp.

 

Also if you're using Nexus Mod Manager, then make sure that your meshes are actually showing up in the Data folder. Sometimes an improper setup can cause files not to be linked properly (but ESP files work for some reason).

 

If you're using Vortex, then make sure that Bijin NPCs is below Skyrim Beautiful Followers. You may have to create a "Load" rule that Bijin NPCs comes after Skyrim Beautiful Followers.

 

If you have any other mods that change NPC faces (mods that include meshes\actors\character\FaceGen\FaceGeom files), then you may have to do the same thing.
