stevejason
Hello! I allso have a problem with my FO3. The problem is that I play for a while, and then both mouse and keyboard stops working with the game, they just gets locked or something. Thou I can press "ALT + F4" or "CTRL + ALT + DELETE" and things like that. Does anyone know a solvation for this problem? (Excuse me for my bad English, I am from Sweden ^^) Thanks!//Siipan I was having major problems (freezes & crashes) with the game. I have a 9450, 9800GTX+, 4 GB ram, and Vista 32. I installed Nvidia's 180.43 beta driver and have been playing for over twelve hours without any issues. Disabled autosave too, don't know if that had any effect . flowover
If it's halting your system, then it's probably a hardware configuration or driver issue. 4gb on Vista 32? Does vista utilize this properly? I know that alot of mobo's with dual channel ram stacked to 4gb are going to have problems. Clocking them down to the next clock speed step is a good solution. or pulling chips of course
Murissokah
to the X700 guy: Solved your issue? I'd ask the vendor for a new copy. If you did solve, I'd like to know if you managed to run F3 on that VGA (because of the lack of shader model 3 support) to Siipan: I wouldn't bother with overheating, since the machine would either restart or completely lock (no ctrl+alt+del in this case). Are you running Vista? Try adding an exception for fallout3.exe on the Data Excecution Prevention list (advanced tab, system settings). Run the game as admin. The game will crash for me sometimes, but not that frequently. Save a lot =)
