Smokeable Cigars/Cigarettes/Joints With HardCore Auto Save - Animation won't play

What could it be? It just stands still upon closing the Pipboy after using a cigarette and it is like that unless i skip the animation with the Pip Boy. I mean, it is cool the auto save and the bonus perks, specially for my Survival mode, but i just don't quite have it completely, and it looks awful without that!
