If you are interested in the study group I will be online at http://skyrimmods.chatango.com/ at 4:30 Newfoundland time, which is about 12:00 Pacific time and about 4:00 Eastern time, if i know my time zones, which i don't XD but that sounds right. If your in Europe Australia Asia or Africa than you're going to have to do the calculation yourself I'm not about to go through all the world time zones!
