How can I play as a male character with a female head/face?

So I recently wanted to start a new save file in Fallout 4, I was gonna join the Railroad. And I was kinda inspired by Deacon, who changes his face every now and then to avoid getting detected, to mod my Male character to look like a female, PERFECT UNDERCOVER AGENT!

 

I downloaded a mod that changes the female protagonist to use the male animations.

Then another mod to voice swap the protagonists, making the female use the male voice.

 

only one problem though, the game still treats my character like a female... which I know, convincing disguise :P

but it's weird that the Railroad still calls me "her", and they should know I am a male.

Is there any other mod or console command that can be used to make me use the female model yet still be treated as a male in-game?

No. I have a feeling that a mod like that does not exist.

Probably need to make a custom race and in there edit the flag for gender. But custom races are more trouble than they are worth. Idk might be an easier way just using the Actor record or a script.
