Custom Armor Modding

Hello everyone, I'm creating a custom Armor and it's already created. I just want to know how to export from 3ds max to NifScope to the geck. Does anyong know of any good tutorial sites or channels specializing in fallout new vegas advanced modding techniques and tutorials? Please let me know.

 

Also I was looking to gather or join a group of modders to do a group project and create a mod together as a team and post it on the forum, I'm a professional 3d artist and would love to work with some other advanced mod makers on a project so if your interested please message me.

Here is a nexus tutorial for 3ds max. it's for skyrim but most of it is relevant for FONV.
