Dawnguard Creature Animation Bugs

Ive had Dawnguard for some time but did not play the storyline(s) because i had many bugs like unlootable death hounds etc but got most of those fixed... but still have gargoyles and vampire lords (vampire lords transform fine for me) that will not animate they freeze in place. was hoping it was a bug on bethesdas part but no patch that fixes it has been released i hope someone else has had this problem but fixed it.

i also use cbbe and cbbe armor replacers

tried using FNIS generator thing i think it works for races using default behavior files

i have searched for this problem via google and can barely find anything other than the crossbow animation bug which i fixed long ago

I have unpacked the Dawnguard.bsa uninstalled reinstalled skyrim almost everything even disabled all 105 mods it just does not work :wallbash:

 

any help would be appreciated ;D
