Nintii
Finally I can sit back and let out a sigh of relief, because I've finally completed New Vegas and all the DLC's.What do I think of it all ?Well in comparing it to Fallout 3 I must say that it fell very far short of satisfying my "post apocalyptic G-spot". It was "too cute" and "fluffy", where I wanted communities that were armed to the teeth fighting off the hordes of strays, invaders and outsiders I got wide open how-do-you-do little sweetheart communities and a rapid fire ratatatatatlift off up the experience point pole. Now if I had to give awards for games I'd give them an "Arrow Award" ... this one was spot on and that one scored a bullseye and the other one "hit a miss" etc. WEAPONS: ... New Vegas scores a definite bullseye and gets a Golden Arrow Award ... I simply loved the weapons, especially from the DLC's. ARMOR: ........ yes alright still better than Fallout 3 and it scores a Golden Arrow Award. DIALOGUE: ....... a Golden Arrow for effort but a spagetti arrow for total "pull-my hair-out-overload", I beg you please no moreI can't stand it ... I was going into shock ... help me someone, anyone yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh. LOCATIONS: .... oh please mommy help me, they were boring and so um ... pretty. FACTIONS: .... ok so they get a kind of macaroni in the pot for 20 minutes Arrow Award, a bit too soft and wangly but at least taking off ... somewhere. What happened to the BOS and the Enclave ... wow so powerful and now so ... unknown and irrelevant. And why not explore the Boomers, what a hot bunch ... loved them. CHARACTERS: ... alright, many of them were interesting and had a bit of substance ... yay. And for that they fly high and hit the target.A bit of heavy breathing with Dr Dala at Big Mtn was quite theraputic to say the least ... it was like counting to ten. QUESTS: ... yokay, I'm still thinking about it ... no honestly, I absolutely freaked when I realised that after doing Ceasar and his Legionand ending the game, the game never really ended and the particular storyline I had followed so carefully ... to reach certain outcomes meant absolutely sqaut in the end ... BECAUSE THE GAME DOESNT REALLY END.This gets a smelly fart Arrow Award, it's so horrible, just like the perfume one of your ex boyfriends bit on the side used to use ... yuckkk.hehehehehehehe. DLC'S: ... hated the first two but loved Big Mtn and the great Divide (last one)Oh my word I fully expected the Roadrunner to come bounding across the landscape in Honest Hearts ... it was so ... Disney ? Well enough for now ... I'll be thinking of more additions to bring forward to this multifaceted Award stealing (from the cabinet) game. noelkriess
the BOS got Destroyed by the NCR in Operation:sunburst. And the West coast Enclave got almost destroyed in Fallout 2, the remaining Enclave integrated into the NCR or went east to D.Cand were completely destroyed by the Lone wanderer and the BOS. (not to be a jerk or anything just answering your question) Yes it's all true ... but as a BOS diehard fan it's still painful to lose them like that. The Enclave ... I really miss President Eden. I copied this from the Wiki ... " The Illinois license plate bolted to ED-E's side also seems to support the idea that such Enclave outposts still exist elsewhere in North America, but also that their resources may be very limited (or that at least one Enclave technician has a strange sense of humor)." I certainly hope that Fallout 4 possibly taking place in Boston as rumors go - will feature them to a certain degree.
