Changing the Green Dialog and HUD Color?

The reason I don't believe it's decimal, is because plugging in other numbers that we can look up doesn't result in the same color. Unless, of course, I'm doing it wrong, which is entirely possible since I don't usually work with any kinds of code.

But for now, throw out some basic colors, red, purple, yellow, etc, and I'll show what the game gives us for it.

A basic red hex of #FF0000 gives a decimal code of 16711680

A purple hex of #CC0099 = 13369497

A yellow hex of #FFFF00 = 16776960

A green hex of #00CC00 = 52224

A blue hex of #330099 = 3342489

Try those, I'm not at a computer with Fallout 3 at the moment or I would myself.

Well, all I can say is, until we know what kind of code it uses, just every now and then type down random numbers and record the results. There's certainly got to be a pattern, and even if we can't figure it out, we might at least run into some other colors.

I cannot find a valid pattern within this, I believe its just their own internal color listing of some sort they generated. Or a heavily filtered Hex o.O
