Power Gloves

I just thought, and I'm not sure if anyone's made it. I have been looking but I don't know if its been done. Power Gloves. Not the kind that would just improve your H2H but with an additional effect. Has anyone attempted an OBSE or a scripted version of Power Gloves that can do something like severe knockback/force damage on touch, or better yet, on impact create a flux of power that knocks back others surrounding. I know its possible for spells, I was wondering if anyone had done an enchantment effect.

 

It could be any gloves in the game OR you could make the glove from this sketch which I provide for your creativity. hehe. :biggrin:

I think it would be grate if the thing would do even rather extreme damage (as increasing dramatically Hand to Hand skill, since increasing the strength would be problematic with the encumbrance), but with a catch of it acting like a weapon, and consuming the energy as used. This might be problematic tough, since I think that the gloves are designed to be more of an armor than a weapon. However, I'm not a modder so I can't know for sure.

I realized the problem as soon as began thinking about other possibilities. Force, on touch would be possible if, and only if, you create weapon gloves that take place of, say a blunt weapon, just add in gloves. The problem then is the animation. sigh... oh well.

Well, is it really that impossible after all, with that idea. I mean just create a whole new blunt weapons group as "gloves" and use the hand to hand animation. Is THAT possible? (I mean, I've seen a scythe that uses the claymore animation, however it IS two handed blade).

I believe I may provide some designs for new models sometime. And if I figure out what program (format) for 3D modeling is most compatible with oblivion modding (and learn to use it), who knows, I may offer bit more too :)
