Guest deleted1497950
I am going to have some time to start working with the creation kit and modding in earnest in another month or so and I'm looking for something that I would be interested in that could possibly contribute to the modding community too. I would love to see a mod that could add a subtle tan (or not-so-subtle, as the case may be) to the character based on what areas of the bodymesh are covered vs. exposed depending on what items the character is wearing for how long. I know this would be a hefty project but it surely could be done, and it seems like it would add to the realism and would be very popular if done right. Right now I'm just looking for some ideas, criticisms, pointers, etc. that might lead me in the right direction as to how a modder might go about this, and what kind of a workload it might require. I have a few ideas, but I have been away from modding for so long right now that I am going to need to take a weeklong refresher course when I get back to it before I could talk about anything too technical with any competency, so I'm looking for general ideas at this point (or better yet, for someone else to just do it all the work for me and tell me how it was done if you'd like).
