Vortex Load Order is showing different load order why is it doing this?

Hello,

I'm new with all of this from modding to cleaning mods and DLCs. Fallout 4 is my very first game that I'm trying to learn before moving on.

I don't know where I went wrong. LOOT diagnose that DLCs needed to be "cleaned" but now the Scrap Everything mod and the Clean and Smooth Settlements - The Complete Commonwealth Collection is no longer working. So I went back to my mods and Plug ins.

On the "MODS" side I see Scrap Everything has Install Order 37 and the Clean and Smooth Settlements - The Complete Commonwealth Collection has Install Order 11. I install them last because in the description both are saying that they need to be placed at the bottom of the load order. Meanwhile, when I go to the "PLUGINS" side Clean and Smooth is Load Order 15 and Scrap Everything - Ultimate Edition.esp is Load Order 60. Why did it change when I put them at the very bottom of the Load. I don't understand.

I wanted to show you my load order but I'm not experience on how to show you this. If you can assist me on this and a better understanding, I will greatly appreciate it.

Here is my list of mods:

By "installed them last", do you mean you are trying to set your load-order by the order in which you install the mods?

Because Vortex doesn't work that way - you have to set 'rules'. Also, if you put those mods into the 'load last' category, it should move both to the bottom of your load order (and then you would have to apply a rule to them of which loads first, if that is required).

I still don't understand it all 100% myself, you'd probably do best watching a how-to video on Vortex itself.
