Need help figuring out how to upload my .esp (mod) to nexus

Not quite sure where to put this but this seems the closest place I could find.

So I'm working on a mod and decided to finally give it a page on the nexus after losing the mod several times and having to rewrite it. However the mod is currently an .esp and when uploading the file it will only accept .rar, .zip, .7z, .exe, or .omod files. I tried putting the .esp into a .zip and a .rar but then it tells me "only upload one file at a time". What do I have to do to upload this mod? How do I convert it to allow it to upload?

Before you upload your mod, you should first create a folder called Data (somewhere on your desktop) then place your .esp file inside that folder.

Then create another folder, and give it the name of your mod, place the Data folder (with a copy of your mod's .esp file inside it) inside the newly-created folder. From there (assuming that your have winRAR installed) right-click on that folder & select 'add to archive'.

In the next dialoge box that opens, you can select to archive it as a .rar file.

This .rar file you should upload to Nexus, as it'll allow users who download it to automatically have it install into the correct folder structure in their game, via whatever mod manager they use.
