ENB effect color bug

Please forgive my bad English.

 

I play Oblivion using ENB.

However, some of the ENBs I have tried so far have bugs in effects.

I am currently using Luminous Sky ENB (atmosphere 4 Heaven).

But this ENB also had a color bug.

The flame is green.

And the blue sun.

Other ENBs did not see this bug.

 

Is this due to lack of specs on my PC?

 

CPU Intel Core I3 3130M

RAM 8GB

GPU Intel HD 4000

HDD 500GB

Hello there,

 

since i use a ENB and the atmosphere 4 hell mod too, I can tell you that these mods are sometimes causing problems with each other,

 

I have a similar problem https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APrNfRVla_E in where there seems to be a layer which prevents the real sky

 

to come out or in your case it shows a layer which should be unseen. I seek help for this bug too but until now there was no solution
