fortie
Anyway to do it without more downloads?
Burnout122812
I extracted all the string files. Still not working. Which sucks if your force to only use one at a time. Especially for those who have mods that need Dawnguard but can't use the Hearthfire files. :(
OakRain
OK after a bit of googling I came across this; Add bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 under [General] in SkyrimEditor.ini I have not tried it so back up your ini file first. Edit ; alright guys just tried that ini edit and successfully loaded Skyrim.esm,Update.esm,Dawnguard.esm and Hearthfires.esm - be warned a few new error messages pop up as it all loads, but it does all load up. OakRain
Fortie - about the strings - they may not be totally essential, placing them in the strings folder gets rid of WryeBash errors for HF. Edit; just loaded all four masters without the unpacked strings. However,it is well worth having a bsa unpacker at some point so you can make changes to meshes and textures if you want to. OakRain
Yes sorry if I was not clear, the line has to be added at the bottom of the [General] section of the ini; bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=
SeptimHomeboy
So...what if I don't have DG installed and just HF? Am I screwed?
