CTD when outside in areas like Windhelm

So I've just transitioned from LE to SE and have downloaded most of my usual mods, and I seem to crash a lot outside. I know that most of my mods are stable, so I'm pretty confused as to why this keeps happening. I'll post my load order below and hopefully one of you could help fix the problem.
