Sudden CTDs started

So, I had a modded game going for quite a while. Everything was fine up until level 20, then everything started crashing. I had just gotten lydia, and decided to join up with the Companion's. There isn't any specific area that crashes, it just crashes every 10 minutes or so. I would greatly appreciate any help. I'm using Loot and Wrye Bash, so everything should be in order, but regardless here is my load order:

I'm also seeing the Thane Weapons reborn weapons on bandits and such, not sure what to do about that. Lydia's face isn't being changed by the UNO mod either, in fact she seems a bit round. Any help with those would be greatly appreciated as well.

I know the feeling, similar thing happened to me for a while.

Most things I can recommend:

Check and see how many active plugins you have. NMM, Skyrim, and Loot tend to have a 255 plugin max. After that, game starts to break.

Also, try and see if you can limit the FPS your game runs at. You may get weird lines and some stuttering, but you'll actually be able to play the game.

Skyrim was designed for the Xbox, first and foremost, so it has a 60 FPS max. Once it gets really high, the game throws a hissy fit.

Other than those two things, I'd check to make sure none of your installed mods are trouble mods.

I would also get TES5Edit and stick to cleaning the base items (Skyrim, Dawnguard, Hearthfire, Dragonborn, and the patch/updates)

I do have TES5Edit. I tried to do that auto clean thing I heard about, but near as I can tell its not properly cleaning anything? The only guide I found was showing me how to set up a shortcut... And that did absolutely jack. Any suggestions on that front would be greatly appreciated!
