SSE Torture Spell

It's going to be overpowered and should only serve for RP purposes.

 

I've been thinking of having a spell (or power?) where it forces the target to bend down as they slowly die of damage (-20%hp per tick for 10s maybe?) and each damage causes them to scream in pain (and say some dialogue's like "i surrender, no more, etc..).

Works on everything except mech, falmers, dragons, undead (except vampires), animals, monsters with no speech and special(?) bosses resist it like harkon or miraak, etc.
