bazinga313
I'm new to modding and i have lots of things i would love to do but don't have the experience to do so. so I have finally decided to take a leap and try my first mod. Probably not an easy one to do for a first timer but better to learn by throwing myself in it then learn incrementally. So i want to add some new creatures to fallout 4 and the first one i would like to add is the Arachnids from fallout 4. I have found some models and such online that I was given permission to use, and I can load them into blender. So basically i need to learn how to rig and animate the models, or if someone possibly could do that for me. Then I'll have to learn how to add the mod to the game. I know there is a lot more that goes into it then that but I would like someone to be able to possibly help me through or can point me in the direction of really good tutorial or guide to doing such things. been all over youtube and found some good vids to help but i figured I'd give a shot here. So any thoughts or tips or advice? Like i said i have many ideas for mods like new creatures(arachnids, xenomorphs, grotesque mutations and such), I'd like to make the javelins from Anthem into power armor, and even make my own power armor. TiBBzTV
Dude, I am so Glad someone is finally trying to do stuff like this. I think Fallout 4 Mods are Awesome (Definitely my Favorite Game for Mods) but it really lacks Monsters. If and When you get those Arachnid Mods Up and Running, I'll definitely Endorse the Sh*t out em. I really wish I could help with the How-To's, but i'm gonna do my best look for any videos I can Find. Hopefully i can help you out.
DocMoebius
I'm from Shady Sands, and I say kill 'em all! I've no clue about animations but I can vaguely remember that I read that one needs 3DSmax to do the skeleton properly - I might be wrong here - so I don't know if blender is gonna be enough. I would love to see more enemies being added to Fallout 4 though, since that's exactly what's lacking. Fighting raider after raider just gets super boring quickly. I hope you can make it.
