Combat CTD

I had Survival Mode on for a while and had random CTDs and after noticing that when I would reload a game and retrace my steps, I would get the peckish/chilly/drained etc. debuff right where it had crashed, this was very persistent. Then I turned Survival mode off and everything was great for a while, or so I thought...

 

Now I'm getting CTDs suddenly during combat and I can't figure out why. Every single CTD but one has come from me hitting an enemy, right as you would expect the sound to play it would freeze my game up, and a few minutes ago it crashed right as a Giant slammed the ground with his club. It also happened right as you would expect the sound effect to play. I have no mods for sound though.

If any more information is required just let me know. If anybody knows how to uninstall Creation Club mods I would also appreciate it, I noticed the load order section of the generic Skyrim SE launcher was no longer there, and I can't remove them via Creation Club.
