greedfall Increase Legendary weapons/gear quality to 100 (with stats to match)

For the best equipment in the game a lot of them, I feel, are lacking. It doesn't bother me that I can't upgrade some of them, but it is annoying to be, more of less, limited. Having to use Epic quality items toward the end of the game (and having a cohesive appearance) vs having all Legendary items (with a cohesive appearance), but lacking in stats because they are underpowered. So basically, what I'm asking, is there a way to increase the quality, and therefore stats, of items?
