Skyrim constant crashes

[Sidowaty]

Hi,
My game keeps crashing after installation of mods that are in attached screenshot. I deleted them but nothing's changed.

 

My game is installed on non-system drive (D) and since I'm using Mod Organizer my mods are in D:\Mod Organizer\mods

My spec:
Intel i5 6400 2.7Ghz
Nvidia GTX 750Ti 2GB
8GB RAM
system is on Silicon Power SSD and game on WD Red HDD
Windows 10 Pro 64bit

EDIT: I'm using Skyrim LE

 

EDIT2: i just reinstalled the game, with no mods. Still crashes when I'm trying to change zone or wait. Looks like the save is dead. Is there any way to resurrect it?
